THE UPGRADED MAZDA3 – READY FOR ITS CLOSE UP

Starting from as little as £13,495 the Mazda3 no longer comes in the TS model and instead is replaced by the all-new Takara! Available as either a four-door saloon or five-door hatchback, the Mazda Takara has a vast additional equipment list: a front sports bumper, rear spoiler, front fog lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, six CD auto-changer, trip computer, centre console and a choice of a 1.6 petrol and diesel engine!  Buts that's not all as for just an extra £1,000 the Mazda Takara petrol is available with automatic transmission!

 

The entry level Mazda3 S is available for just £11,440 on-the-road has a few more suprises including an auxiliary audio jack, 12V power socket and the CD player is now MP3 compatible.

 

However, if you're looking for something a little more presence then why not opt for the Mazda3 1.6 Sport for just £15,205 on-the-road or the Mazda3 2.0 Sport from just from £16,605 on-the-road. Extras include a sports styling kit with front and rear sports bumper, side skirts, rear spoiler, 17-inch alloy wheels, a premium Bose® audio system with seven speakers, blackout instrument dials and privacy glass.

 

But if you thought that was good wait till you see the Mazda3 MPS from just £18,995 on-the-road.  This 155mph high performance 'super-hatch' is the most powerful car in its class, pumping out a whopping 260ps from a 2.3-litre turbocharged Mazda DISI engine.  It now comes with additional equipment, including new 18-inch alloy wheels and half-leather half-Alcantara^® seats. 

 

The Mazda3 MPS is also available with a Sports Aero Kit, adding side skirts, larger rear spoiler and Eibach lowered suspension, giving the car a more aggressive appearance –– for no extra cost until 30 June.  Exclusive to Mazda3 MPS, this model can be ordered in a Crystal White Pearlescent finish.

 

"The upgraded Mazda3 possesses one of the segment's best safety packages," explains Malcolm Hance.  "Active measures include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) as standard on all models.  In addition, passive measures encompass driver and front passenger airbags and front side airbags on all models, full-length curtain airbags (on all but the entry-level S hatchback), front seatbelts with pre-tensioners and load‑limiters, and a collapsible steering column and brake pedal."
