CUSTOMERS NAME RIVERVALE MAZDA AS ‘THE BEST’

Mazda customers have rated the service provided by Rivervale Mazda in Brighton as the best in its region.  This week the Victoria Road dealership was presented with an award for its exceptional customer service after both the sales and aftersales teams were highly commended in a customer satisfaction survey.

 

“I am absolutely thrilled to receive this award,” declared Malcolm Hance, dealer principal at Rivervale Mazda.  “We have very loyal customers and this is all down to ensuring we meet the needs of our customers, as well as providing a fantastic line-up of Mazda cars.  The team here strives to offer the best-possible service across all areas of the business.  We are delighted that this commitment has been recognised by our customers.”

 

Each customer purchasing a car or using the aftersales service at Victoria Road showroom was asked to complete the survey to evaluate the customer service provided.  The scores were then compared with the other Mazda dealers in the region.

 

Mazda UK aftersales director Steve Jelliss heaped praise on Rivervale Mazda for its success.  "This award recognises Malcolm Hance's commitment to excellent customer satisfaction and the dealer staff should feel very proud of their achievement," he commented.
